This year VOC is honored to be joined by Professor Chen Guangcheng, a Chinese human rights activist, lawyer, former prisoner of conscience, and VOC’s 2015 Truman-Reagan Medal of Freedom awardee alongside Professor William L. Saunders, a religious liberty and human rights scholar, director of the Center for Human Rights at The Catholic University of America, and a member of VOC’s Academic Council.
